The questions overseas buyers ask us most often.
For most standard series the MOQ is 50 pieces. For fully customized designs we can discuss lower quantities, and we accept sample orders for evaluation before a production run.
Yes. OEM and ODM are a core part of our business. We can build to your drawing, apply your logo and part number on the nameplate, and supply the motor in your packaging.
Standard series ship in 15–20 working days after order confirmation. Custom designs usually take 25–35 days including tooling and sample approval. We keep stock of fast-moving models for urgent orders.
Our production follows ISO 9001:2015 and our products are CE and RoHS compliant. UL-recognised components are available on request, and we can arrange third-party inspection before shipment.
We ship by sea, air or express (DHL / FedEx) under FOB, CIF, DDP or door-to-door terms. Payment is by T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), PayPal for samples, and escrow or L/C for larger projects.
Absolutely. We are a manufacturer and welcome factory audits. We can also give you a live video tour of the production line if travelling is not convenient.
